Our primary focus is helping residents secure and maintain permanent housing. We assist with housing searches, applications, landlord communication, and provide education on tenant rights and responsibilities.
We connect residents to essential services across Peel, Halton, and Waterloo/Kitchener Regions. This includes employment counselling, mental health support, healthcare resources, and newcomer services through W.A.Y. and trusted community partners.
